Directionless Art is an ecclectic artist’s collective originally founded by Ina Clarke and Tsaida Springfield from deep in the bush of wild Alberta. With a profound respect and love for Mother Earth, community, ceremony, healing and all things art, these friends share a vision of beautifying the world one creation at a time. From that vision, moving forward by creating a community of artists just seemed natural.

Co-Founder, Artisan, Creator
Bringing together many years of combined experience with leatherwork, painting and sewing, they use all sorts of natural materials as well as an abundance of recycled, repurposed and rescued treasures to create their finished works. Using mostly hand-stitching and crafting techniques and simple traditional and modern methods, each creation is truly unique and one-of-a- kind. They have both had the pleasure and privilege of learning from Indigenous Master Drum Makers and love sharing that knowledge with others.
Ina and Tsaida now work to spread the joy and Medicine of the drum and rattle with folk through workshops and classes, and can often be found gathered with others making, singing, building, and celebrating life.
